Q8: corporate branding with social content
Q8 is so much more than a petrol station, it is a real service hub. You can eat fresh sandwiches at noon, buy food in the evening, wash your car, buy fresh bread, ...
Snackbytes, recently part of Intracto, helped Q8 in 2017 to put these concepts in the picture. They do this by conceiving, creating and distributing snackable content. Their main channel is Facebook, on which local targeting plays a very important role.
The Benelux activities are managed from the head office in Antwerp. Q8 Belgium has approximately 450 petrol stations under the Q8 and Q8 Easy brands, making it a major player in the Belgian retail market.
Volle Bak Woensdag: a campaign that runs several times a year. The content they created supports a large radio campaign. Plus points: with the Delhaize plus points card you can save points when filling up. This is a very popular action for Belgian customers.
What do we eat?
The large Q8 stations often have a Delhaize Shop & Go. The concept inspires the (local) target group to make purchases in the Q8 shop after work.
The employees of Q8 are experts in their field. In a series of 'Q8 stories', the face behind the Q8 location is shown. The CSR character of the organisation is also highlighted through creative animations.
