Enhancing and supporting omni-channel strategies
A large and multinational pharmaceutical company contacted Intracto to help them to design and implement digital customer journeys utilising their internal platform, Eloqua.
Intracto dedicated a digital strategy consultant to this project, who also led the implementation as the full-time digital project manager.
Using an agile methodology, the Intracto strategist/project manager led the customer journey strategy, design and implementation of the project, which included various digital assets: responsive emails, landing pages, websites and e-details.
Among his tasks:
- definition of strategy,
- interviewing stakeholders,
- writing of requirements document,
- agile project management,
- implementation of requirements in Eloqua (Oracle).
A successful implementation of an omni-channel journey supported by Intracto-created digital assets.
