Opel: content and video
Opel Belgium asked Snackbytes, recently part of Intracto, 'how can we keep informing buyers in a relevant way after buying their new Opel'. They came up with content topics based on the last phase in the customer journey: the use & loyalty phase. They then developed this into 'snackable' content videos and blogs. The preferred channel was digital. That's why the newsletter and Facebook were actively put to use. Are you curious about the productions' selection?
Opel has been around for more than a century. In more than 110 years, they have built up a tradition and invested in the future of mobility. With 145 dealers in Belgium, there is always an Opel sales or service point nearby. Opel Belgium has already sold 27,904 new cars this year.
A series of how-to videos were produced showing how easy it is to change fluids, replace a flat tyre, check the air conditioning filter. These how-to videos often appeared in a larger format on the website where a blog post was also created. There was also a response to recurring themes such as the winter & holiday check.
The various Opel accessories were put in the picture with short videos.
Here, a short animation explains the different notification lights on the dashboard. People often don't know what certain lights mean and they don't dive straight into their manual. Therefore Snackbytes produced this short animation to inform buyers.
